Abstract
This is a 55 F with abdominal compartment syndrome with a bleed that could not be controlled by interventional radiology. Compartment pressures eventually rose high enough to elicit blood projecting from groin sites. Bedside paracentesis was performed draining hemorrhagic ascites with resolution of compartment syndrome, however patient coded multiple times and ultimately passed. This case will discuss the basics of abdominal compartment syndrome, management, and potential sequelae.
