Abstract

A patient with San Luis Valley syndrome with emphasis on abnormal midline findings is presented. Neurologic symptoms are nonspecific. Knowledge of imaging findings is important in the diagnosis of this syndrome. The case report along with the imaging spectrum of San Luis Valley syndrome are discussed.
