While pharmacy practice has evolved across various settings, this activity focuses on the ambulatory care model. Ambulatory care pharmacy represents a progressive approach to healthcare delivery, emphasizing collaborative drug therapy utilizing a team-based approach. This in-depth discussion of ambulatory care pharmacy practice focuses on crucial elements such as establishing a sustainable model, identifying operational strategies, implementing marketing initiatives, developing policies and procedures, and fostering collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
