Abstract

We congratulate Ree et al. on the report of their 20-year experience with exchange transfusion (ET) in severe, Rh-mediated, alloimmune haemolytic disease of the foetus and newborn (HDFN) [1. There is a paucity of contemporary data of this kind, but we do have a few questions.
