Abstract
Pregnancy is a critical period marked by heightened vulnerability to anxiety and depression, which can negatively impact both maternal and fetal outcomes. Non-pharmacological interventions, such as Yoga Therapy-Breathing Meditation (YTBM), have been explored as potential strategies to reduce stress and improve overall well-being during pregnancy. This study aims to evaluate levels of anxiety, pain, and stress in complicated pregnant patients before and after YTBM intervention admitted to the Obstetrics Special Care Antepartum Unit at Corewell Health West.
