Abstract

52 y.o. male with a PMH of HTN and CVA who presented for pulmonic valve replacement and right ventricular outflow tract enlargement secondary to severe pulmonic stenosis. CTA showed an RVOT obstruction with a minimum diameter of 1.6 cm and intraoperative TEE was significant for moderate RVH and a small VSD. Although the patient was never formally diagnosed with TOF, he had multiple findings consistent with this congenital defect. This case will focus on discussion of incomplete Tetralogy of Fallot and intraoperative management of severe pulmonary stenosis.
