IgA Nephropathy
Description
Immunoglobulin A (IgA) nephropathy is a proliferative glomerulonephritis associated with predominant mesangial IgA deposition. IgA deposition can occur in isolation or with IgG, IgM, or both, and often with complement protein C3.
