Abstract
Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) is a rare disorder characterized by the proliferation of histiocytes in various tissues. We present an uncommon presentation of a pediatric patient with multisystem Langerhans cell histiocytosis with cutaneous manifestations of the vulva. A comprehensive literature search was conducted on Langerhans cell histiocytosis in a pediatric patient by reviewing all English articles in PubMed and Elsevier. A comprehensive review of the clinical presentation and diagnostic process was performed using electronic health records.
