Abstract

Though active surveillance (AS) for cT1a renal masses is a guideline-recommended approach, AS for cT1b and higher renal masses (T1b+RM) is controversial as data on long term growth kinetics and outcomes remains limited. We characterized two institutions' experience managing these tumors, evaluating growth kinetics and oncologic outcomes.
