Abstract
Picky eating is a common parental concern addressed at pediatrician visits. It is important that pediatric residents learn the various types of picky eating and methods for intervention. In the Academic Graduate Pediatric (AGP) Clinic, picky eating is often brought up as a concern during the well child visit and sometimes, acute or follow up visits. Despite the frequency of picky eating concerns, there is no current framework or guideline within the AGP Clinic on how to address parental concerns for picky eating and provide guidance for increasing food exploration and acceptance.
