Dr. Eric Reilly returns with fellow residents Drs. Erica Bolz, Sheridan Markatos, and Jessica Zhang to discuss patient safety and quality improvement initiatives. The residents share patient safety and near miss experiences, consider what is and isn’t working in hospitals and medical schools, and discuss how their clinical practices have been impacted by QI initiatives.
