Abstract

An 18 y/o male with a history of Pectus Excavatum presented for scheduled Nuss procedure. The procedure was performed without complication and patient was placed in SICU for observation and pain management. Despite traditional pain management regimens, this patient remained in severe pain. This case discusses multimodal pain management options and goals for the Nuss Procedure.
